2 avacados
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup water
salt
Blend all together.
Here's a tip for always having fresh lemon juice:
I buy a bunch of lemons when they are on sale, juice them all at the same time, and then put 2 TBSP. in each ice cube tray. When I need them, I let them thaw under warm water and then I'm set!
