Trying to make small (better) changes everyday for me and my family. I really like your blog and wanted to recommend two books.
I love Super FOods for Babies and Children by Annabel Karmel. I made all of Hannah's babyfood (using this book as a guide) and I give that credit for what a healthy eater she is now. She loves all veggies, fruits, etc. Compared to my older soon that is an accomplishment.
The other book I love is Brown Bag Success. It has many recipes/ideas to pack for school lunch. My son prefers to bring lunch from home (and I prefer it too!) and this book has really helped me get away from the traditional sandwich and offer some new (healthy!) choices.
Anyway, not all the recipes are natural and as healthy as they could be, but still a great start for those just beginning!
Keep up the posts and good work!

Yes I like Super Foods from Annabel Karmel also. That's how I started out making baby food for #3. I'll have to look in to Brown bag, sounds interesting!
